Elizabeth Rennie has worked in various roles since 2010. Elizabeth began their career as a Trainee Administrator for Suffolk Coastal and Waveney District Council, where they were responsible for administrative support and served as the first point of contact with customers. In 2010, they moved to CEVA Logistics as a Customs Gateway Operator, where they were responsible for customs clearance of goods imported into the UK and worked closely with customers. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Damco as a Procurement Lead for Global Ocean Freight and a Customer Service Executive. During this time, they had a customer-centric approach and provided tailored solutions to customers. In 2018, they joined Tripaneer as a Senior Customer Service Representative and a Customer Service Representative. In their role as Senior Customer Service Representative, they were responsible for fairly and equally delegating workload within the team and supporting the team when required. In 2021, they joined Trengo - Smart Conversations Platform as a Customer Success Manager and a Product Specialist.
