Head of Customer Success at Trengo

Federico Lai has worked in various roles since 2013. Federico began their career as a Salesman at 3 Biz Commerciale di Efisio Vacca s.a.s (3 Italia) in 2013, and also completed an internship as a Business Analyst at the same company. In 2017, they joined trivago as Head of Customer Success Management, Team Manager - Vendors, Sales & Account Manager - Performance Assurance, and Inside Sales Representative. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Trengo, a position they have held since 2022.

Federico Lai completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico in 2010. Federico then went on to pursue a Degree in Science Economics and Business Management at Università degli Studi di Cagliari, which they completed in 2015. Following this, they obtained a Master Degree in Economics, Market, and Management: Small and medium enterprises in international markets from Università degli Studi di Ferrara in 2017. Federico also attended Universidad Nebrija in 2016-2017 for a field of study in ADE (Administración y Gestión de la Empresa). Additionally, Federico has obtained certifications such as a Head of Customer Success from Startdeliver in 2022, Evaluación de idioma Español DELE de nivel B2 from Instituto Cervantes in 2017, and Certification of level B2 in English Language from University of Cagliari.
