Dr. Pamalon Munnerlyn Rollins has an extensive work experience. Dr. Pamalon served as the Director of Human Resources & Senior Personnel Officer at Trenholm State Community College since November 2004. Prior to that, they worked as the Contracts/Payroll Coordinator at Auburn University at Montgomery from May 1997 to August 2004. Dr. Pamalon also had an internship at the State of Alabama Office of the Attorney General, Civil Rights Division in May 1988.

Dr. Pamalon Munnerlyn Rollins obtained a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in the period between 2010 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Troy University from 2007 to 2009. Dr. Rollins received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Alabama State University between 1984 and 1988. Furthermore, they have additional certifications as a Certified Legal Researcher from Bloomberg Law, a Certified Title IX Coordinator from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA), and is a member of the Evaluator Registry of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Dr. Rollins also participated in the University of Alabama Leadership Academy in 2018 and was a fellow at the Thomas Lakin Institute for Mentored Leadership in 2019.
