Tad Williams has worked in various roles in the marketing and product management fields since 1999. Tad began their career at Bravo! Marketing as an Account Planner, where they were the customer, market, and product authority for client teams and developed the strategy underlying agency work. Tad then joined iCommerce as a Product Marketing Manager and Product Manager, where they developed sales tools, created product features, wrote requirements, collaborated with Sales and designers, owned the product roadmap, and worked hand-in-hand with Engineering. In 2002, they moved to Jacent Technologies as the Director of Product Marketing and Product Management, where they were responsible for finding a more profitable product direction, creating a revolutionary product from scratch, launching it and Jacent, and winning early customers and users. Tad then joined Medical Research Institute as a Brand Manager, where they managed the flagship product line and took charge of the product launch. In 2006, they became a Product Marketing and Product Management Consultant, where they provided strategic product marketing and product management guidance with the goal of making customer and user problems the driving force behind marketing and product development. Tad then joined Versaic as the Director Product Marketing and Product Management, where they focused on quickly improving the product then finding a larger market opportunity. In 2016, they moved to Wrike as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where they focused primarily on GTM planning and product launches, partnering closely with Product Management. Tad is currently the Director of Product Marketing at Treno.

Tad Williams obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology from William & Mary, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Lycoming College.
