Sofia Gschwend has a strong background in marketing and communications. Sofia currently works at Treon as the Marketing Lead, where they oversee the marketing team and is responsible for creating and implementing the company's global marketing strategy. Prior to this, Sofia worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Treon, where they planned and produced digital campaigns, created content for various platforms, and organized trade fair participation. Additionally, Sofia has experience working at Mercedes-Benz AG, where they completed their bachelor's thesis on agile project management and worked on the implementation of a new internal communication strategy. Sofia also worked as a working student in internal communication, where they created a new communication strategy and maintained eLearnings. Sofia also has experience in graphic design through their role as a working student and internship at TECFABRIC. Overall, Sofia's experience includes digital marketing, communication strategy, graphic design, and event organization.
Sofia Gschwend is currently pursuing an Erasmus+ semester at Tampere University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Media and Arts. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Design from Hochschule Furtwangen. Sofia has also earned additional certifications in Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in 2022.
