Claudia Flores has a wealth of experience in the fields of customer service, demand planning, sales administration, and supply chain. In 2020, they began working as the LATAM Customer Service and Demand Planning Manager for Maped. Prior to this, they were a CO Founder and Social Entrepreneur & Ambassador for TrepCamp in 2019. In 2015, they began working as a Supply Chain- Customer Service Representative for Bayer Crop Science. In 2014, they were a Logistics & Supply Chain- Customer Service Coordinator for HEINEKEN. In 2013, they began working as a Customer Care & Aftersales M\u00e9xico Buyer for General Motors. During their time at these companies, they achieved a number of significant experiences and achievements, including leading the ISO Certification NOM 9001-2015 for the Customer Service LAN department, supporting Q08/P08 proofs, managing commercial issues, purchasing and sales management for PROLATAMEX and FAMOSA entities, coordinating activities between production department, navies, customs agents and third-party logistics, and ensuring the availability of service parts for the Mexican, Central America and the Caribbean market.

Claudia Flores has a diverse education history. CLAUDIA earned their Maestría en Alta Dirección con Especialidad en Finanzas from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in 2017. From 2011 to 2012, they studied Finance at Université Lumière Lyon 2. CLAUDIA also obtained their International Economics Relations Degree from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México in 2012. CLAUDIA has also obtained several certifications, including High Impact Entrepreneur from TrepCamp in 2019, ISO CERTIFICATION NOM 9001-2015 from SGS in 2017, TOEIC from Cambridge Language School in 2017, LEAN MANUFACTURING from Monsanto Company in 2016, and EXCEL AVANZADO from 4D REALITY in 2015.
