Matt Gersemehl, AAS, SAMA, currently serves as Valuation Appraisal Product Manager at Trepp, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Matt gained extensive experience as City Assessor for the City of Bloomington, MN from December 2005 to June 2022. Matt also worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for both Hennepin County from June 2003 to December 2005 and Patchin Messner Dodd & Brumm from June 2002 to June 2003. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
