Sylvia Washington

Sylvia Washington has extensive experience in leadership and education, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Tresco Inc since June 2006, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and overseeing the Early Intervention department. Additional roles at Tresco include Director of Children Services and TOTS Area Manager, leading teams of supervisors and coordinators in delivering services to families. In June 2021, Sylvia established SW Gets Social LLC, specializing in social media management for small businesses and non-profits. Previous positions include Site Supervisor at Discovery Child Development Center and Director of Operations at Boys and Girls Club of Las Cruces, showcasing a strong background in program development and staff management. Sylvia holds a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University.
