Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. In the health sector, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and has experience as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. As a novelty, last year they were in charge of the organization of the Incyde School Asturias Forum - Equilibria Summit held in Gijón for the first time, to boost entrepreneurship, training in skills and abilities, awareness of opportunities and challenges of the global market and the ecosystem entrepreneur.
