Rachid El Moudni

Rachid El Moudni has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving at Trésorerie Générale du Royaume since January 2014, following a role as Process Modeling Project Manager at the same institution from April 2004 to October 2007. Rachid holds an Ingénieur d'Etat degree in Télécoms from Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications, obtained between 1991 and 1994, and an Executive MBA from Groupe ISCAE, completed from 2002 to 2005.
