Bryher Berntsen has diverse experience in administrative and human resource roles across various organizations. Initially serving as a Trainee IAM Agri/KCC Officer at Rabobank Groep, Bryher progressed to positions such as Personal Executive Assistant at Securiteit and Scito Performance, and Management Assistent at Lockhouse Bouwkundige Beveiligingen & Toegangscontrolesystemen BV. Bryher's HR expertise was further developed during an internship at Nyrstar and a role as HR-coördinator at Remat Chemie BV, where responsibilities included establishing and leading HR strategies and advising on labor laws.
