Samantha Oldham, CMCA, AMS, currently serves as Senior Community Association Manager at Trestle Community Management since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in community association management from previous roles at The Management Trust and Associa - EMB Management. Samantha's career spans various positions, including Division Manager at American Pest Services, where account systems were migrated, and Office Administrator at Willards Pest Control, coordinating events and managing technician routes. Early in Samantha's career, experience was gained in customer service as a Waitress at Outback Steakhouse and as Area Manager at Subway, overseeing multiple franchises. Samantha holds certifications in Culinary Arts and Business Management from Puget Sound Skills Center and Seattle Community College-South Campus, respectively, alongside a High School Diploma from Todd Beamer High School.
