Sarah McCreight

Sarah McCreight is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in clinical psychology and behavioral health. Currently serving as the Training Team Lead at TrestleTree since August 2021, Sarah oversees the training of healthcare professionals in a specialized health coaching model. Prior experience includes roles as an Aeromedical Psychologist and Behavioral Health Officer with the 82nd Airborne Division, where responsibilities encompassed clinical care and behavioral health trend analysis. Sarah has also contributed as adjunct faculty at both the Clinical Psychology and Social Work Internship Programs, preparing future Army professionals for operational roles. A doctorate in Clinical Psychology was earned from Uniformed Services University, where comprehensive training experiences were completed across various mental health settings, including extensive work with military populations.
