Nina Desmet

Nina Desmet is a Project Medewerker at Trevi nv since January 2023, bringing a diverse background in talent acquisition and e-learning. Previously, at Unilin Group from March 2020 to September 2022, Nina played a key role as an E-learning Specialist and Talent Specialist, focusing on creating e-learning content using FlowSparks and managing recruitment processes through SAP SuccessFactors. Prior experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at CrossInternational involved executive search and candidate management across various sectors. Nina's earlier roles included Audioprothesist at Lapperre, where responsibilities encompassed audiological testing and client advisory, and a project with deFilharmonie on sound measurements. Nina holds a Master of Science in Logopedische en audiologische wetenschappen from Ghent University and is currently pursuing a Goudsmid degree at Syntra West.
