As the owner of Waters Construction since December 2016, Kirk has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership and industry expertise. Additionally, Kirk has served as the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at Treviicos South since October 2005, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance and promoting safety standards. In 2012, Kirk held the position of EHS Manager at TSJV, further solidifying a strong background in environmental health and safety management.
