Jason Lightheart

Jason Lightheart, GSP, has over 15 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety roles at Woodward, Inc., where responsibilities include implementing Human Operation Performance guidelines, training employees, and designing compliance programs. Lightheart has held various positions, including Environmental Health and Safety Manager and Environmental Health Safety Coordinator, focusing on employee training and the development of Lockout/Tagout procedures. Prior experience includes serving as an Operations Specialist in Training Development and Operations Technician, where skills in training program implementation and equipment maintenance were developed. Additionally, Lightheart volunteered as a firefighter with Loves Park Fire Department for nearly 14 years, providing emergency response and first aid. Currently pursuing education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2019 to August 2024.
