Kris James Kulsrud

Kris James Kulsrud is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at TreviPay since November 2025, Kris has also held significant roles such as Director of Human Resources at The Guitar Center Company and Senior Director of People Operations at Very Good Security. As a Director for Stage Right Performing Arts, Kris leads contemporary acapella groups and an award-winning show choir, Vocapella and Vocalocity. With a solid educational foundation including a B.M.E. in Instrumental Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Master's in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, Kris demonstrates a commitment to fostering employee engagement and culture in organizations, alongside a passion for music education and community involvement, exemplified by the founding of a scholarship program for high school music students.
