Lisa Lanzi

Lisa holds an AAS from New York City College of Technology in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a BS from Baruch College in Finance. She also holds an MS in Construction Management from New York University. Lisa joined Trevor as the West Campus Kitchen Manager in 1994. It wasn’t until that kitchen was renovated in 2002 that she recognized her interest in construction and plant operations. In 2003, Lisa moved into the position of Operations Coordinator and in 2007 became the Director of Operations. Lisa attributes her commitment to Trevor to the school’s continued commitment to professional development.
