Alfred Rebello's work experience began in 1990 as a Product Development Engineer at The Buschman Company. Alfred then worked at Pinnacle Automation as a Sr. Project Engineer from 1993 to 1996 and later became the Chief Engineer from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, Rebello joined FKI Logistex as a Product Development Supervisor until 1999, and then became a Proposal Manager from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2020, they worked at Intelligrated, starting as a Mechanical Engineer and progressing through various roles, including Project Manager, Vice President - Project Management, Sr. Vice President, Operations, and finally, Business Operations Leader. Since 2022, Rebello has been serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer at TREW.
Alfred Rebello attended the Harvard Business School, where they completed the General Management Program.
