Sr. Project Manager at TREW Automation

Eric Radford, MPM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric began their career as an Aircraft Structural Repairer in the US Army, specializing in advanced airframe structural repairs and composite repair on various materials. Eric also served as a Company Safety NCO, responsible for safety systems management and conducting safety training.

After leaving the military, Eric joined the US Army as an H-60A/L/M Aeromedical Evacuation Pilot and Pilot-in-Command. Eric'sresponsibilities included flight planning, mission execution, and helicopter rescue hoist operations.

Eric then transitioned to the role of H-60M Maintenance Test Pilot, where they conducted aircraft systems testing, maintenance checks, and test flights. Eric also managed everyday maintenance operations for a 15 aircraft company, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely completion of tasks.

In 2017, Eric took on the role of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program Manager and Aviation Maintenance Program Manager at the US Army. In this role, they supervised a team of technical inspectors and oversaw aircraft historical files, weight and balance, and quality assurance. Eric also coordinated maintenance crews, parts, and repairs for a 30 aircraft battalion, working with external stakeholders to ensure timely and safe operations.

Eric then transitioned to the private sector, joining Leed Corporate Services as a Flight Publications SME. Eric provided expertise on flight publications and contributed to flight operations.

Before their current role, Eric worked at Boeing Sikorsky Aircraft Support as a Flight Systems Project Integrator, where they integrated various flight systems projects.

Currently, Eric is working at TREW as a Sr. Project Manager, responsible for the full life cycle of multi-million dollar warehouse and commerce automation/distribution systems. Eric'sscope of work includes conveyor systems, sortation, scanning, and customizing solutions for customers.

Eric Radford, MPM obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics with a specialization in Operations Management and Supervision from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2018. In addition to their degree, they hold various certifications such as Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team from LinkedIn, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Tri County Career Academy, Master Project Manager (MPM) from AAPM ® American Academy of Project Management ®, Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn, Construction Management: Safety & Health from LinkedIn, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they earned a Commercial Helicopter with Instrument Rating (Type S70) certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2011.
