Katie Becker

Katie Becker possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of Talent Management and Employee Relations at TREW since August 2021. Previously at Honeywell from July 2011 to August 2021, Katie held various roles culminating in Human Resources Director, gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR functions through positions such as HR Generalist and Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior roles include Graduate Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, Nursing Scheduler at Brookwood Retirement Community, and Human Resources Intern at Standard Textile. Katie holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of Cincinnati.
