Butch Palaza

Sr. Director, Sales Pipeline Development at Trex

Butch Palaza has a strong background in sales and management. Butch started their career in 2000 at Pentair as a Retail Sales Representative and later became a Retail Sales Supervisor. In 2001, they joined ADP as a District Manager and worked there until 2002. Butch then returned to Pentair in 2003 as the Southeast Divisional Sales Manager for The Home Depot. In 2004, they took on the role of National Retail Sales Manager for Pentair at The Home Depot. Later that year, they moved to Black & Decker as the National Retail Operations Manager for The Home Depot. In 2005, they joined Trex Company as an Account Executive for The Home Depot and worked their way up to become the Sr. Director of Sales Pipeline Development. Butch held various sales and management positions at Trex Company, focusing on contractor and builder development.

Butch Palaza received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication & General Education from Boston College in 1999. Butch continued their education at Boston College - Woods College of Advancing Studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Administrative Studies in 2002.
