Carla Waldeck

Carla Waldeck is an experienced Training and Development Manager at Trex Company, responsible for developing and maintaining training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees, while also guiding front-line trainers to enhance instructional effectiveness. Prior to joining Trex Company in October 2016, Carla served in various roles at Citi from November 1997 to September 2016, including Instructional Design Manager, where leadership of a team of Instructional Designers focused on creating learning solutions aligned with business strategies, and Senior Instructional Designer, specializing in determining training solutions and developing diverse training models. Carla's earlier experience as a Training Specialist included delivering training using adult learning principles tailored to the needs of new and existing staff. Carla has pursued education through the Association for Talent Development.
