Rob Strickland is a seasoned engineering and management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Engineering at Trex Company since January 2024, Rob previously held several key positions at Georg Fischer from January 2016 to October 2023, including Managing Director and General Manager. Prior to this, Rob was General Manager at The Crosby Group and held multiple roles at Georg Fischer and GDX Automotive. The career began as a Process Engineer at RBX Industries in 2001 after obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics from Arkansas State University.
