Gifty Kargbo

Gifty Kargbo has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gifty started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica in 2009, where they resolved customer queries and maintained customer information. Gifty also handled sales and upselling of products.

In 2014, Gifty joined Wipro Limited as a Customer Service Representative Team Lead, where they responded to customer inquiries and placed customer information in the CRM/Sales Force ticketing system. Gifty also facilitated communication between the Support Team and other departments.
