Grant Morrow

Grant joined Trez Capital in 2013.

Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Graham Mortgage Corp., a privately funded commercial real estate mortgage company. As a loan officer for Graham, Grant solicited, underwrote, originated and serviced a portfolio of approximately $330 million in loans to the home building and commercial real estate industry in Texas and select cities in the United States.

Grant was also Vice President for Land Acquisition for D.R. Horton Custom Homes, Gehan Homes and Richman American Homes, buying and developing single family residential land and lots, and Vice President of Medical Cities, Inc., a Dallas medical campus development and construction firm, associated with Medical City Dallas, Ltd. and the Trammell Crow Company. At the same time, he operated a custom home building company in the Dallas area.

Grant has an extensive background in commercial lending, loan underwriting, investment analysis, land development, and residential and commercial construction.
