Tim Litinas

Tim is Vice President of both Trez Capital Texas and Amalgamated Development.

Previously, Tim was CFO for Grand Homes, a large, privately-owned Dallas home builder, and Controller of a of a small Dallas residential land development company. He also served as Controller of the Dallas Division of Ryland Group, prior to which he was a Senior Internal Auditor and Corporate Accounting Manager for Ryland Group.
