Sushil Khare has a extensive work experience in the field of project management, sales, materials management and site management. Sushil has served as the Dy.Chief (Projects) at TRF Ltd. TATA Enterprise where they led the Strategic Business Unit as well as the Profit Centre. Their responsibilities included project planning, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, cost control, manpower resources deployment, client relationship management, and coordination with consultants and associated agencies. Sushil also handled project estimation for bidding, negotiation, and closure in the field of project sales. In addition, Sushil Khare was in charge of materials management, where they prepared and floated tenders, evaluated bids, negotiated with vendors, selected suppliers, and monitored progress and receipt of materials. Sushil also supervised the mobilization of manpower, machinery, and materials at project sites, oversaw erection and testing of sub-systems and lines, and ensured commissioning and sign-off from clients. Prior to joining TRF Ltd., they worked as an Electrical Engineer at McNally Bharat Engg. Co. where they gained experience from 1978 to 1984.
