Garrett Bruster began their work experience in 2009 as a Communications Intern at KOHM 89.1 FM Lubbock, where they were responsible for weekly on-air newscasts and organizing events. Garrett then worked as a Copywriter/Marketing at the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra and Premier Media Group in 2010. In 2011, they became a Graduate Assistant at Texas Tech College of Mass Communications. From 2012 to 2021, Garrett worked at The Richards Group, starting as a Digital Strategy Intern and eventually becoming a Senior Digital/Social Media Strategist. Garrett'sresponsibilities included developing and executing social media strategies, providing insights on industry trends, managing branded social media profiles, and conducting research. In 2021, Garrett joined LDWW as a Social Media Director before transitioning to TRG, where they currently hold the role of Group Director, Brand Performance Marketing.
Garrett Bruster completed their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University in the years 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University during the years 2010 to 2012.
