Tim Tone has a solid work experience in the advertising industry, starting in 1993 as an Art Director at Campbell Mithun Inc. Tim then worked at BBDO as an ACD/Art Director for a year before joining Martin Williams as a Creative Director in 1997. From 2005 onwards, they have been working as a Creative Group Head at TRG.
