Rick Yvanovich FCMA CGMA FCPA MSc CCMP CCMC CBC has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rick is the CEO and Founder of TRG International since 1994, where they have successfully built and directed a highly regarded business, focusing on generating new revenues and scaling the company for growth.

In addition to this, Rick is currently serving as the Vietnam Master Franchisor for PJ's Coffee of New Orleans since 2016, where they are responsible for managing and developing the brand in Vietnam.

Rick is also a Co-Founder and CFO of Great People Inside since 2016, where they play a key role in the company's financial operations and strategic direction.

Previously, Rick co-founded and served as the CEO and Chairman of GenaRes Asia, SelectRight Degree, and eHotel Alliance from 2006 to 2014. During this time, they successfully established and managed these organizations, contributing to their growth and overall success.

Rick has also lectured at the Academy of Finance from 2011 to 2012, teaching Corporate Finance MA and Accounts MBA courses.

Before that, they held the role of Corporate Account Manager at Systems Union Software Pte Ltd from 1999 to 2002, where they managed corporate accounts and contributed to business development.

Earlier in their career, Rick worked as a Finance Manager at BP Exploration, Castrol BP Petco, and Fina Oil from 1988 to 1995, where they oversaw financial operations and contributed to the success of these companies.

Rick also served as a Management Accountant at Saccone and Speed, Hellermann Deutsch, Finlan, and EDS (HP) from 1982 to 1988, where they gained valuable experience in financial management.

In terms of formal education, they obtained a Master's Degree in Strategic Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they completed the FCMA (Fellow Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) certification from CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) in 1995. Additionally, they pursued accounting studies at London Metropolitan University in 1981-1982 and attended St. Georges College in 1980.

In terms of additional certifications, Rick Yvanovich has earned numerous qualifications. Rick obtained the Blue Ocean Practical Introduction certification from Blue Ocean Strategy | Shift | Leadership in September 2022, and in August 2022, they became a Certified Business Coach through Mindvalley. In September 2021, they obtained the Certified ikigai Tribe Coach certification from Ikigai Tribe. Furthermore, they obtained the Genos Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner certification from Genos International in July 2021.

Rick Yvanovich also holds several certificates related to coaching. Rick became a Certified Master Coach (CMC) through ITD World, and they earned various professional certificates in coaching culture, disruptive team coaching, executive coaching, life coaching, and strategic business coaching, all from ITD World, in June 2021. Moreover, they obtained the Certificate Coaching & Mentoring Professional (CCMP) from ITD World in November 2018.

Throughout their professional journey, Rick Yvanovich has also acquired certificates in various other fields. Rick earned the Certified OKR Professional (OKRP) certification from OKRsTraining.com in January 2021. Rick has taken courses on remote work foundations, establishing credibility as a speaker, flipping the classroom, and managing new managers on LinkedIn. Additionally, they obtained certificates in blockchain fundamentals for accounting and finance professionals and cybersecurity fundamentals for finance and accounting professionals from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants in November 2019.
