Bianca Rivera

Bianca Rivera is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in property management and a strong track record of success in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at TRG Management Company since June 2016, Bianca has previously held titles including Regional Property Manager, Area Manager overseeing multiple properties, and Property Manager for a high-end 303-unit lease up. Prior to TRG, Bianca worked at Pinnacle Property Management Services as a Property Manager and at Equity Residential in roles ranging from Community Manager to Senior Leasing Consultant. Bianca's career began at Quick Weight Loss Centers where leadership skills were developed as Assistant Manager. Bianca holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University.
