Laura Wynthein

Laura Wynthein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the financial technology industry. Laura started her career at NYSE Technologies as a Technical Analyst Intern, where she provided client support and troubleshooting for the DART entitlements system. After that, she joined Axon Financial Systems as a Business Analyst, focusing on managing and maintaining the flagship product, PEAR (Policies Explanations Analytics Repository). Laura was then prompted to a Senior Business Analyst position at TRG, specializing in product pre-sales and operations. Today, Laura is the PEAR Product Manager, playing a crucial role in driving the evolution of the PEAR platform, ensuring it meets the diverse and dynamic needs of TRG clients. PEAR continues to lead in compliance innovation within the market data space.

Laura Wynthein completed her education in the field of Computing Information Technology with American Business at Queen's University Belfast from 2010 to 2015. During her time at Queen's University Belfast, she was enrolled in the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. In 2013, Laura also pursued a Certificate in American Business Practice at Randolph-Macon College, completing it in 2014.

In addition to her formal education, Laura Wynthein obtained several certifications. In 2015, she became an ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level, through the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Later in 2017, Laura obtained a certification as a Certified Drone Pilot - Commercial (holding a Permission for Commercial Operations PfCO) from the Civil Aviation Authority. In 2024, she obtained her FISD Financial Information Associate qualification.
