Laura Guyer

Laura Guyer is a seasoned professional in organizational development and program management, with over three decades of experience in education and training. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Specialist at Training Resources Group, Inc. since March 1999, Laura previously held several leadership roles as Program Director for English-as-a-Second Language (ESL) programs at multiple universities, including the University of Portland, the University of Southern Colorado, and Butler University, where responsibilities included faculty supervision, budget management, and student recruitment. Laura's early career involved significant contributions to the Peace Corps in various capacities, including Training Director and Training Designer, where efforts centered around volunteer training and curriculum development. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Butler University and completed post-graduate work in Applied Linguistics at the same institution.
