Jaime Reynoso

Jaime "Jim" Reynoso, BSBA, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at TRI-AD since June 2015, Jim oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS management, while also leading projects to enhance recruitment processes. Previously, Jim worked as an Interim Human Resources Director, managing comprehensive HR functions. Prior roles include Member Service Specialist at Point Loma Credit Union, where Jim significantly boosted sales and improved customer engagement, and a range of positions at Wells Fargo, which included Service Manager and Lead Teller, demonstrating effective team leadership and employee development. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University San Marcos and has furthered education through CSUSM Extended Learning and Palomar College.
