Heather Filbin

Heather Filbin has extensive experience in philanthropy and development, currently serving as the Senior Philanthropy Officer at Tri-Cities Chaplaincy since March 2010. During tenure at Tri-Cities Chaplaincy, Heather has held multiple positions including Philanthropy Officer, Development Supervisor, Development Coordinator, Director of Donor Relations, and Director of Development. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Financial Development Specialist at the American Red Cross Benton & Franklin County from January 2006 to March 2010.
