Ray Rivas

Ray Rivas joined Tri-City Medical Center in 2012 as Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Integrity and in March 2016 assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Ray has a finance background that includes over 25 years in the healthcare sector with a proven track record of improving profitability and streamlining processes. During his time at Tri-City, Ray has successfully led initiatives to improve cash collections and reduce patient registration waiting times. He was also an integral part of the team responsible for securing a $25 million line of credit for the hospital.

Ray has held CFO roles at Suburban Medical Center in Paramount, Calif., Western Medical Center in Anaheim, Calif., and Chapman Medical Center in Orange, Calif. He has an Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and is registered as a Certified Public Accountant with the State of California.
