Aytom Salomon

Aytom Salomon is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in middle market and specialty banking. Currently serving as SVP, Managing Director at Tri Counties Bank since March 2022, Aytom has previously held positions as SVP, Commercial Division Manager and Market President, as well as SVP, Commercial Regional Manager. Aytom's prior experience includes serving as SVP of the Oil & Gas Group at Valley Republic Bank and Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo, where management of a $450MM portfolio was a key responsibility. Aytom's earlier roles include Corporate eCommerce Project Manager at Orchard Brands and Business Consultant at Raytheon. Aytom holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Aytom is currently pursuing further education at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
