Justin Hubbs

Justin Hubbs currently serves as the Regional Credit Administrator at Tri Counties Bank, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Justin held the role of Senior Vice President - Portfolio Management Team Leader at Flagstar Bank, where responsibilities included approving commercial loans and managing a team of underwriters. Justin's extensive experience in credit and lending includes senior leadership positions at Exchange Bank, where oversight encompassed various lending departments, and roles focused on credit risk and asset review at Bank of the West and East West Bank. Justin began a career in the financial sector as a Senior Financial Institutions Examiner with the California Department of Financial Institutions. Justin earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sonoma State University.
