Lindsey Fudge

Lindsey Fudge, CCIM, is currently the Managing Director of Middle Market Commercial Real Estate at Tri Counties Bank, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Lindsey served as Senior Vice President at California Bank of Commerce, leading the Commercial Real Estate division and also held various senior roles at First Bank, focusing on Commercial Real Estate Lending. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Sacramento Chair of the Young Leader's Group for the Urban Land Institute. Lindsey's early career involved positions in home sales and marketing at companies such as John Laing Homes and Beutler Corporation. Lindsey holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
