Tommy Higginbotham

Tommy Higginbotham, a CISM-certified professional, currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. since September 2024. Previously, Tommy held the position of Director of Infrastructure and Operations at Cobb EMC, where significant contributions were made to the technology strategic plan and the adoption of emerging technologies. Prior roles included Information Technology Director at Clayton County Water Authority, Information Services Manager at Mountain View Electric Assn. Inc., Manager of Information Technology at Baldwin EMC, and Information Technology Manager at the City of Carrollton, Georgia. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of West Georgia.
