Pascale Spears has extensive experience in employee engagement and communications, currently holding positions at Tri County Metals since December 2019 as an Employee Engagement/Communications specialist and E.D.G.E. Trainer. Prior to this, Pascale held roles at Looking Forward as a retired individual from January 2021 to December 2021 and at Spears Inc. since December 2021. Pascale's career began at Nordstrom, where service spanned from 1985 to 2019, culminating in the role of General Manager.
