Kim Bramlett

Kim is an accounting associate based out of Tri-Merit’s Schaumburg, Illinois office. She joined the Tri-Merit team in June of 2021 after 9 years of accounting work within the commercial real estate industry. She brings to the team an eagerness for accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and is determined to help foster strong relationships with Tri-Merit Clients.

Kim graduated from The Illinois Institute of Art in December of 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management.
