Rutland W. Patterson

Rutland W. Patterson, MBA, currently serves as Sales Manager and Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Tri-Oak Consulting Group since December 2021. Additionally, Rutland co-founded GCI, a Vending Services Business in the Atlanta Metro area, in May 2022, and CP Commercial, a real estate investment company focusing on various property types in the Birmingham Metro Area, in March 2021. Previous positions include Launch Manager and Process Engineer at BLOX, Business Consultant at Management Solutions, and roles in academia and internships, including Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Alabama and Congressional Intern in the United States Senate. Rutland holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business and two Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics (Statistics Track) and Spanish from The University of Alabama.
