CA. Shankar Vadigere currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Tri Pac, Inc., starting from October 2023, providing financial expertise to support the CEO and Executive team in business decisions through data and analysis. Prior to this, Shankar held several key finance roles, including Head of Finance & IMS India at Berry Global, where responsibilities included managing a USD 75 million business across India and acting as a board member for multiple legal entities. Shankar's experience also includes financial controllership at Closure Systems International and significant roles in financial analysis and audit at Caterpillar India, Accenture, and earlier firms. Shankar holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CMA in Strategic Finance from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.
