I would not be the Customer Care Rep I am today if it wasn't for the Citro reps that I get the pleasure of working with every day. Work ethic is intrinsically rewarding when ownership is involved to which all of the reps do a great job. It takes efficiency, integrity and honesty. Homeowners don't want B.S. they want honesty when discussing possible warranty concerns. Knowing your warranty in and out will be is the lifeline of a Customer Care Represented.
