Heather H. Breidenthal

Heather H. Breidenthal is the Chief Human Resources Officer at TRI Pointe Homes. Heather has over 20 years of experience in human resources, and has been with TRI Pointe Homes since October 2015. Prior to their current position, they were the SVP Human Resources at CalAtlantic Group, Inc. from January 2009 to September 2015, where they oversaw all facets of the HR organization and was a key contributor to the successful 2015 merger of Standard Pacific and Ryland Homes. Heather was also the Vice President of Human Resources at Standard Pacific Homes from January 2005 to December 2009. Heather has a proven track record of improving leadership and operational capabilities and enhancing commitment to standardized practices enterprise-wide. Heather has also significantly contributed to integration planning, staffing decisions and communications for Lennar’s acquisition of CalAtlantic.

Heather H. Breidenthal received their BS in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach's College of Business Administration.
