Phil Bodem

Phil Bodem has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, serving as Division President at multiple companies. Currently, Phil holds the position at Tri Pointe Homes since August 2018. Prior to this role, Phil was Division President at Meritage Homes from March 2017 to June 2018, and has also held the same position at Taylor Morrison from April 2007 to January 2017, as well as at Morrison Homes from January 2002 to April 2007. Phil earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University between 1985 and 1989.
