Mike Collier has extensive work experience in customer experience and operations. Mike currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Experience & Operations at Tri Source International LLC since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at the same company from February 2021 to July 2023. Before joining Tri Source International LLC, Mike was the Sr. Director of Customer Service at Fox Rent-A-Car from October 2010 to February 2021. Mike also worked as the Director of Contact Center Operations at Eckler Industries, Inc. from March 1997 to June 2010.
From 1992 to 1994, Mike Collier attended Biola University, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
