Solange Mikita has a diverse work experience across different companies and roles. Solange started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Amgen in 2010 and worked in that role until 2019. In 2019, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Operations Specialist and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are Vice President of Customer Success at Tri Source International LLC, a position they have held since December 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Customer Success at the same company from December 2020 to December 2023.
Solange Mikita holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Policy Analysis from California Lutheran University, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Leadership from California State University, Los Angeles. The specific start years for both degrees are not provided.
